Lisheng introduces Japan imported wave spring retaining ring machine and German wave spring retaining ring design software FERD, which can quickly produce the non-standard products you need without making extra molds.
Lisheng uses 3D simulation, finite element analysis and other technical means to simulate and verify the rationality of product design before putting new products into mass production to ensure the reliability and stability of the final products when designing new products. We also independently develop CNC wave spring retaining ring machine and introduce advanced production equipment such as CNC spring press machine, CNC ringing machine, flattening machine and screw air compressor to further improve the automation and intelligence of production and provide effective guarantee for the production efficiency and quality of products.

Technical Approach
- Lisheng used computer-aided software to perform finite element analysis of the spring parameters.
- Using three-dimensional dynamic test software modeling to optimize the design of the residual stress and fatigue resistance of the spring.
- equipped with CNC wave spring machine, CNC spring press, CNC beating machine, flattening machine, screw air compressor and other equipment.
- cold rolled spring steel materials should be wire blasting, online eddy current flaw detection, defect repair and grinding, drawing and quenching and tempering process.
