Because the direction of residual stress is opposite to the working stress, the * large stress of the double-layer circlip in operation is smaller than that of the double-layer circlip without strong pressure treatment, so the bearing capacity of the double-layer circlip can be improved. Tensile double-layer snap ring is subject to strong tensile treatment. After the double-layer circlip is subjected to strong pressure and strong tension, it is not allowed to carry out any heat treatment, and it is not suitable to work at a high temperature of 150-450 ¡æ and long-term vibration, otherwise it will lose the above effect.
